Instructions for Using Plaster Plasticizer:

This instruction is based on 1 kg of plaster. If using larger or smaller quantities of plaster, adjust the plasticizer amount accordingly.

Prepare necessary materials:

• Plaster plasticizer
• Plaster (1 kg or required amount)
• Water (appropriate amount depending on plaster mixture composition)
• Mixing container
• Mixer or hand mixer

Study the plasticizer instructions:

• Consumption: 10 ml of plasticizer per 1 kg of plaster (1% of plaster mass).
• For example:
  • If using 1 kg of plaster, you need 10 ml of plasticizer.
  • If using larger portions, calculate the plasticizer proportionally.

Prepare the plaster:

• Pour the necessary amount of water into the container.
• Gradually add plaster to the water, stirring constantly until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.

Add the plasticizer:

• Add the plasticizer to the water-plaster mixture. This will enhance the plasticity, increase elasticity, and reduce cracking.
• Ensure the plasticizer is fully mixed with the mixture.

Mix until smooth consistency:

• Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.
• The mixture should be easy to apply but not too thin or too thick, as this will affect the strength and quality of processing.

Use the mixture immediately:

• Plaster with plasticizer should be used quickly after mixing, as it sets fairly fast.
• When applying to surfaces, ensure even application to avoid air bubbles.

Setting time:

• Let the plaster set gradually to avoid cracking.
• Do not allow it to dry too quickly as it may affect the final result.
• To prevent rapid drying, cover it with a damp cloth or reduce air flow over it.

Finishing and surface improvement:

• Once the plaster has fully set, it will be stronger and more durable thanks to the plasticizer.
• If needed, perform additional surface treatment (e.g., sanding with sandpaper) for a smoother finish.

Additional tips:

• Optimal water ratio: Do not add too much water as it will reduce the plaster's strength.
• Temperature conditions: Ideal working temperature is 20-25°C for even setting.
• Usage volume: If working on large areas, prepare smaller batches to avoid the mixture setting too fast.
